Nothing is sold or paid for on this site, so there is nothing to refund here.
Engagements
Fees, payment terms, cancellation and any refunds for our services are set out in the engagement letter you sign with us before work starts.
The two-week guarantee
If your first workflow is not running and producing output within two weeks of kickoff, we keep working at no charge until it is. The engagement letter sets out exactly how this applies to you.
